Flag Football Tournament Outline

Format:  1 and out bracket style tournament

Seeding:  Random Draw

Rules:  Same rules apply for tournament as have been played with entire season with the exception  of Overtime. See below:

• 3 min sudden death Overtime(First team to score  wins)
• There will be a Coin flip for Possession
• If there is no winner at the end of OT, There will be another coin flip.
• Note – the second OT is not sudden death*
• The winner will choose offense or defense.
• The team with first ball may choose to either go for a 1pt or 2pt conversion. They will have only 1 play to convert this. After, the opposing team will have an opportunity to complete a 1pt or 2pt conversion of their choice.
• If there is still not a winner at the end of this OT. The team that played defense first previously, will now play offense first. This will flip flop for each additional OT.
• This will be repeated until 1 team has more points after both teams have finished their opportunity to score.
